The three-room apartments are 60sqm in area and comprise a large living room with a double sofa bed, galley kitchen complete with dishwasher, fridge and electric hob, HD TV with satellite channels and internet connection point; a bathroom with shower; a double bedroom with a small balcony; a second bedroom with two single beds and a 12sqm terrace with a great view. A linen service is available.
Two charming three-room suites have a second, mezzanine bedroom and small terrace with a lovely view.
Residence Marenca offers a parking space for each apartment, in a private indoor garage.
Guests are also welcome to use the garden to relax.
